Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for Poiz

1. General Use:

  • You may use Poiz only for its intended lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are solely responsible for your use of the App and the content you enter or upload.
  • You may not use the App to:
    • Infringe on any intellectual property rights of others.
    • Transmit any false, misleading, harassing, or abusive content.
    • Promote or engage in illegal activities.
    • Harm or exploit others.
    • Interfere with the operation of the App or access by other users.

2. User Content:

  • You retain all ownership rights to the content you enter or upload to the App.
  • You grant Poiz a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
  • You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poiz from any claims arising from your content.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement:

  • Poiz has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor user activity and content.
  • We may remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of this AUP.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties:

  • Poiz is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.
  • Poiz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability:

  • Poiz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Governing Law:

  • This AUP will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

7. Entire Agreement:

  • This AUP constitutes the entire agreement between you and Poiz regarding your use of the App.
