Who are Poiz coaches?
Poiz coaches are dedicated and highly trained mental performance coaches. Our coaches are former athletes who have reached high levels of competition (NCAA D1, professional, & Olympic).
Each coach has been trained in Poiz’s methodologies, which have been proven across the top level of sports (NFL, MLB, Olympics, D1, and more) over the last 20+ years.
How long does Poiz coaching last?
Poiz coaching is recommended for your entire competitive season. Like a muscle, the mind needs to be regularly trained. However, if you are paying month-to-month, you can cancel anytime.
How many athletes are in a coaching group?
For group coaching, we cap the group size at 15 athletes (excluding teams). Often, groups are even smaller than this.
This small group size allows for personalized attention and opportunities to share. Additionally, athletes get 1-on-1 access to their coach via messaging.
